Was using a previous DME company but wow Tendercare truly blows it out of the water. Tammy gives me a call each month to make sure I'm getting what I need and it is delivered the next day. If I ever have any questions, I can reach Tammy from her work line and she is very diligent! I absolutely LOVE Tendercare!!
A night and day difference from our previous DME company! The team at Tendercare is so helpful and easy to reach for anything you need. I used to spend hours on hold or on the phone with a customer service rep fighting to get the basic supplies that my child needs and now his medical supplies take up so much less of my time and mental energy. Truly could not be happier with the care we are getting with this company!
They have great delivery and costumer service. When i call and speak to a representative they are always nice and professional. I love their service they are the best keep up the great work!
