Tender care is a great company. The employees they hire really do seem to actually care about the patient and their family and want to make things as easy as possible. Being able to talk to (or even text) the same person each time you need something is a blessed difference from other companies that have a call center! I had them from the beginning with my daughter and they were very helpful, even suggesting more or different items that would help make things better or easier with her g-tube that I never would have even known... read more

We’ve been using Tender Care for 3 years and they have been amazing. But I have to give a huge shout out to RT Allie. She isn’t even our current RT but went out of her way to help us with a delivery mishap. We are truly grateful for this company and the wonderful group of RT’s that work there.
