Had the most terrible interaction with management her name is Synetha from what I recalled terrible, immature and just overall rude. I’m surprised how this company is still up and having a manager like that. I don’t recommend even acknowledging this company and wasting your time here

During my grandmothers final days I would get calls begging for me to visit. She sounded as though someone was draining her life faster than was intended. She would tell me of the woman attending her and how she hated their interactions. I truly hate that she was enlisted at this facility. I truly fell for the rap that this would be a Tender Care for my grandmother. I still regret not just along the time to care for her myself. I cannot apologize enough to her, however I can prevent someone damn making the same mistake as me

I'm not even sure where to begin with my experience using Tender Care Home Health Services, but I want to try and help others just to give careful consideration to even contacting this establishment. There was a moment where my mother had gotten knee surgery, and had to stay off her feet for an extended period of time. I was recommended Tender Care by her doctor, and told to reach out to an employee who shall remain nameless (I'll refer to her as Ms. M). I had the displeasure of using the services on Tender Care with my ailing Grandfather on his final moments before he passed, and the assistance the employee's rendered there was nothing short of abysmal. I was made to rely and use the specific help of a Synetha M. who couldn't have been more rude, and vitriolic with my Grandfather's treatment, and her communication with me. Great place to work! Staff are friendly, organized, knowledgeable, and communicate regularly to keep everything in order!
