I have worked for Tender Care for almost 4 years. I love the family like atmosphere and the open door policy the company offers. The clients are a name and person here, instead of a number on a wall ,like other places I have been to. I can really tell that this company cares both about their employees and the clients they service. Whether you're needing employment or your loved one to be taken care, I highly recommend you give Tender Care a call!
As a company care giver for over 6 years I have gotten to know and take of care off many people who became friends. It's important to be there for them and their family at the time when they needed the help the most.
Terrible service. Employees are not properly trained before completing a hoyer transfer, employees are unprofessional always on their phones. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Our seniors deserve better!
My husband has Lewy Body dementia. My greatest concern was finding a company with patience and compassionate employees. Carrying for Lewy body patients can be very difficult. Tender Care has not only met all my expectations, they have far exceeded them! The caregivers have been so wonderful! They have compassion, patience, and are very hard workers.
