I have a family member who goes without reliable staffing conditions OFTEN, and a boss who takes no accountability for the way this business is ran. There is no care through this company. The worst company I have ever worked for in my life. The boss and her daughter takes no responsibility no accountability for their wrongs everything is the clients and the workers fought. I would never send my family member to them it is all about making sure a worker is in the house even if by law by the state that that home is a two-person home they will still have one person working in that home as long as they have someone in their home so they can bill and get their big paychecks they don't care.

I have worked for Tender Care for almost 4 years. I love the family like atmosphere and the open door policy the company offers. The clients are a name and person here, instead of a number on a wall ,like other places I have been to. I can really tell that this company cares both about their employees and the clients they service. Whether you're needing employment or your loved one to be taken care, I highly recommend you give Tender Care a call!
