This is the worst place you could possibly go. They have a million excuses and lies constantly about the progress of your car. I was told 2.5-3 weeks and it is going on 9 weeks and I still don’t have my car. Run from this place as fast as you can.
Do yourself a favor and don't allow this guys to lure you in with "we pay your deductible!" Because what they should tell you is "we will mess up your car even more and never answer your calls or response to messages." This is my second time using this company and I should have learned from the first time. They left my rear lift gate misaligned after I questioned it they said there was nothing they could do. TENDER CAR IS THE biggest scam and worst car shop in town,Dont believe that they save your deductible is a scam to reel you in and you will loss your whole car I dropped my car off in August 18, 2022 for fender bender , 2months later after they got 1700 for body work he wanted me to FILE anther claim for the engine and which it worked fine before I dropped it off I was shocked to learn my engine didn't turn and confused. Stay away from this shady place. I should have read complaints from Better Business Bureau-BBB before taking my vehicle for service. Was twice delayed for pick up, only to receive my vehicle with incorrect paint color. My vehicle now has 2 mix match colors I will be contacting BBB. Avoid Tender Car. Not worth it.
I would like to thanks tender car greenfield location for the nothing less than exceptional work performed on my vehicle. The work looked great and done in the time allotted, and they also unexpectedly washed the vehicle and detailed the inside, well done thank you
