Truthfully, the only good thing about my experience was the food, hot and fresh. I went through the drive through, and half way through my ordering the cashier walked away (I assume to assist at the front register.) He did not ask me to hold on or anything. Just walked away. As he was gone I could hear an associate in the kitchen cursing and talking loudly. It was so unprofessional. Then he came back, and I had to repeat my order all the way over. One of our favorite restaurants. The food is great and the service fast. One of my mother's two favorite places to eat.
I've eaten here several times and I've never had a bad experience until today. The manager Diane Morgan is extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. The owner Brian Moore apologized for the experience but truly did not care. I will not eat here again and I will be sure to pull as many customers away as I can. Word of mouth can kill your business or build it.
Stopped on way home to Bham...Paid $18.00 for (2) 2 piece catfish snacks..received "4" very very very small catfish "nuggets"...2 pieces in each box. The nuggets tasted fair BUT place is a total rip off...NOT coming back nor recommending.
The manager of Tenda Chick told a friend of mine that no one cares if his mother died. No compassion. This manager should be fired. 1/31/2015 POOR MANAGEMENT.
