Horrible customer service. I inquired about obtaining services and was informed because I lived in Indiana they couldn’t service me. I informed them I currently have services in Illinois therefore I know licensing wouldn’t be a concern. They replied with regardless of what the previous agency did they won’t be servicing me! As a social worker, I know you can service me. I get multiple services in the state of Illinois. You are CHOOSING not to service me. I would give 0 stars if I had the option.
Working with the counselors at Aim to Grow has overall been a great experience. It is clear that all of the staff want to help each patient succeed and accomplish any goal they have. The environment of the waiting room as well as each office is warm, inviting, and relaxing; I highly recommend their services.
I've been working with a Grow Therapy counsellor for almost two years. I intend to continue. My therapist is smart, kind, considerate, helpful, and compassionate. I've worked with other therapists in the past and my experience with Grow is exemplary.
Great place. Good people.
