Probably the best dental experience I've had, even as someone with significant dental work anxiety. Dr. Ferrante was top notch, super clear and a calming presence. Had a filling replaced right during my visit so very convenient and only took about 10 minutes. I'd highly recommend.
Went in for a standard cleaning, but the experience was disappointing. They pressured to schedule additional treatments on the spot, even while I was waiting in the chair for my cleaning. The cleaning itself felt rushed and not thorough. Water constantly splashed on my face, and no one addressed it, and at one point the suction was left in my mouth while the hygienist stepped away. Overall, it felt far too promotional, and they don’t treat patient with proper care or patience.
I’ve been here twice, once for a cleaning and once for fillings, and both times I had an excellent experience! The staff is really nice and competent, appointments are easy to book and the procedures were pain-free. Highly recommend!
El mejor dentista al que he ido en mi vida. Estuve de vacaciones 1 semana en Nueva York y me dio una infección dental, acudí a ellos de urgencia y me atendieron rápida y eficazmente. Me hicieron varias pruebas y mandaron la medicación correspondiente y gracias a ellos pude volver a disfrutar de mi viaje. Además, yo no hablo Inglés y la chica que trabaja ahí me atendió en español en todo momento para que no tuviese ninguna duda con nada. Ojalá en España tuviésemos estos profesionales.
