The most comfortable dentist appointment experience I’ve had! Everyone was so nice and accommodating, and made sure to have me in and out in a timely manner. Rana at the front desk is such a warm personality to walk in to, and sets the tone for an overall enjoyable visit.

I want to echo was recent reviewer Ashley said two weeks ago. I had a horrible experience too. The way of communicating with patients was really poor. There is a fine line between explaining your treatment options and selling you services - and this team missed the mark. Nelly Hernandez didn't introduce herself at all, but was very nice - I only got her name when the front desk person came back and explained treatments and billing (how can the front desk be unattended for so long?). I scheduled a routine cleaning and exam at Tend Dental, but the appointment felt far more focused on upselling treatment than providing preventive care. After X-rays and a brief exam, I was told my teeth were clean and cavity-free, yet was immediately pushed toward an expensive multi-appointment “deep cleaning” and night guard treatment plan that another provider has since confirmed were not at all needed.
