Terrible. Rescheduled my appointment without input from me. Then 30 minutes late in getting me in. They try to upsell services and products.

Only giving an extra star because the dentists and staff here are pretty good. It’s not as hectic as other Tends. However, after 3 years going to Tend, I’m switching over to another dentist based on billing practices alone. Unfortunately, I do think Tend as a company finds ways to nickel and dime you via some questionable billing practices. On 2 occasions, I received bills for my dental cleanings because “standard x-rays aren’t covered.” I’ve gone to the dentist twice a year for all of my life, and Tend is the only facility ... read more
I was a first time patient here & I had an amazing expirience. I was in a lot of dental pain on a friday afternoon and they were able to see me as an emergency. I saw Dr. syed, she was so kind and helped me resolve my dental pain. I had an extraction same day and it was completley pain free. Her bedside manner was so comforting, i definitley recommend and will be going back for my recare appointments! 10/10 reccommend.
They make you pay upfront but their insurance estimations are wrong. If you overpay at your appointment, they do have not an automated system in place to reimburse you. You have to check with your insurance yourself to see if you overpaid and then call Tend for a refund. Otherwise tend will happily keep your extra money. Also they admitted that they know this is an issue and others have made the same complaint, so they are trying to fix it. But of course they have no incentive to so I am not holding my breath.
