Cassandra makes this office! She is so welcoming and makes me so excited to come to the dentist! There’s nothing like walking in and seeing her smiling behind the desk - thank you for everything
Normally i don't write reviews unless it is too bad or exceptionally good. In this case it is former. Worst service possible- overcharging, the Xray they took was like taken from a machine from 1980's. The quality was so bad, the customer service people are rude. Basically a marketing gimmick to lure people to come in and then will cut your pockets and even then will give the worst service possible. Just ignore.
The staff is all very friendly and professional, they all seem like their experts in what they do. The whole experience is very welcoming uncomfortable. And they take my dental insurance a win-win all around best experience I’ve had at a dentist. The TVs on the ceiling and over-ear headphones make for a great experience, and each room has a personalized welcome screen just for you. Can’t recommend them enough. And this location is a short walk from the T.
Great Service
Oh my gosh, this place is great! Sandina at the front was so friendly and helpful and Dr. Shane was amazing. I took a tumble and loosened a crown on front tooth while visiting Boston and my son found Tend for me. We walked in and they fixed this emergency for me until I can see my doctor at home in California. Thank you Tend!
