Unnecessary bills and procedures
Made an appointment through the online portal three weeks before hand, received a confirmation email. Arrived at appointment time, only to find out the office is closed. Called them (only able to reach customer service), was told my appointment was cancelled for no apparent reason. I've never received any notification about the cancellation. Customer service said they will leave the office a message, and they will investigate and get back to me. It's been two weeks, I have not heard anything from them. Double disappointment.
Wonderful experience with great people!! Was super lucky to have Gretchen and Dr. Nicole be so kind and nice throughout the whole process. Will definitely be back and I can’t wait to see them again and for years to come!
Office was closed at the time they gave me.. Very irresponsible
