DO NOT GO HERE. I went and was told I needed a partial crown. Barely six months later the crown just fell out of my mouth. In addition, I signed ahead of time for an estimated amount, just over $250. The final bill came back triple that. The office eventually conceded we could split the remaining balance 50/50, but I still paid out of pocket double what I was quoted. They overcharge and the care is terrible. Check Better Business Reviews if you need more data.
This clinic is all good appearance but no substance. It turns out my cavity wasn't even fully cleaned out. Because of their tight schedule, the dentist rushed the polishing, not only was it a poor job, but they also scratched my gums in the process. Despite of me requesting a permanent filling, the doctor forgot and used a temporary one in the next visit. Feels like a total scam…

Unacceptable management of appointments. My wife has been rescheduled and rebooked and forced to change her schedule for 4-5 times by now. An appointment for February has now been pushed around and she still does not get her dental care. As a customer and patient this is plain unacceptable and rude. We will be taking our dental care elsewhere.
I cannot say enough good things about Tend Fenway Location. All of the staff is so kind and helpful. The office is clean and beautiful with such warm and friendly people at the front desk and hygienist. All of the doctors are helpful and extremely nice. I went through an Invisalign treatment here and they were so accommodating with no matter what schedule changes I had to make. 10000 out 10 place and I would recommend to anyone who needs a dentist in Boston.
