Staff were friendly and courteous. The dental work itself was well done. However, apparently some version of the dental insurance I have (United Healthcare) are not accepted. I made an appointment via the online portal and they said they would let me know if for whatever reason my insurance wouldn’t cover it. No word from them, so assumed it was good to go. I got treated very poorly by the dentist. I hope it's not because Im African American. They did a deep clean on two teeth and provided NOTHING for pain. The dentist Dr Dewberry used NO numbing cream. No laughing gas. NOTHING. and it HURT LIKE HELL ! VERY PAINFUL ! I left with no "Comprehensive Plan" at all. I did some research and found that should've been offered to me but he let me suffer anyways. I was in tears. I would avoid this office if you're a new patient. I scheduled an appointment after getting their name from a colleague who has been going to them. I took the time to arrange my schedule and show up for my appointment, only to be told it had been canceled because they called the day before to confirm and I didn't answer the phone. Apparently, missing the confirmation call is enough for them to cancel your appointment without making sure you actually know it's been canceled.
