The staff is nice and it is great that you can get an appointment easily, but the billing is a nightmare. I just got an email on 7/14/2026 for a cleaning in December 2024 for over $400. This visit was covered under my insurance but due to issues on their end with how they billed (or did not bill), they are saying I owe this amount. I went back for a second cleaning on May 5th 2025 and I did owe $260 something since insurance was not covering that one since it was less than 6 months since the cleaning in December.
