Great experience. Staff were friendly and service was solid. I personally would install a door on the powder room in the lobby so people didn't have to brush their teeth out in the open.
I scheduled my appointment online which was easy and anyone could scheduled online. I went to the office in Clinton Hill and upon my entrance I was greeted with a warm friendly smile from Shanice (please forgive me if I'm spelling your name wrong). The dental hygienist Serafina was also very pleasant and told me step by step before anything was done. The space looks good and the dental work seemed fine but I'm so tired of the bait and switch on fees. Their "estimates" are not real and their billing lacks transparency. You'll think you're covered, or that you've paid the full amount you owe, only to bit hit with a much higher bill or subsequent billing you didn't expect.
