This was my first time at Tend Dental & I had such an amazing experience! When entering the dental office I was greeted with such friendly energy, the check-in process was very seamless and I was seen on time. Shanice & Brittany were so kind and set my nerves at ease. Every member of the staff was extremely professional, thorough and gentle. I really wanted to like this location, especially as a small business owner just a couple doors down who tries to support local businesses. Unfortunately, my last 3 visits had scheduling issues, and the experience felt disorganized and unreliable. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability when the issues came up. Because of that, I’ve decided to continue my treatment at another location. I hope they improve their scheduling and customer service moving forward

I honestly haven’t been to the dentist in basically a lifetime, so I had a lot of anxiety going into my visit at Tend Clinton Hill. But from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness and zero judgment—it immediately put me at ease. The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and still very thorough and professional. You can really tell they care about making patients feel comfortable while also doing an amazing job.
