I used them in the past 7 years ago and recently needed to pull another credit report. It told me there was "No match" for the person I was looking for, but continued to charge me the full $30. They were not willing to rectify this. I realized this product has not been updated since I used it 7 years ago, there are other apps that have safeguards around this (ie., Singlekey, Frontlobby, etc), I regret using this ancient shitty service.

I have used this company for years giving them 100s of dollars and their reports are junk. I recently had a report that showed no criminal history and I ran through another report and the potential tenant had over 20 criminal charges. Please do not use this company! I wish I would have known sooner

In general they can provide your reports pretty quickly with the exception when your applicant has a criminal background. Then TVS has difficulty gaining access to those reports. I had to pay extra from other companies to get the information in a timely manner.
