About this business

In 2009, we saw an opportunity to create a product that eliminated all of the problems, confusion, and most importantly, the individual insurance licensing requirement that was becoming an obstacle to offering tenant insurance for protecting self-storage contents. Just went to rent an ** space at Premier Vehicle Storage in ******. It was mandatory I take out the ** insurance listed in the lease agreement.. This is a scam. ** ************** LLC and Tenant Property Protection LLC are one in the same. What they are offering is GAP insurance. It is not regulated by the ****************** of Insurance. Your primary insurance will cover any loss if you have the proper coverage. Do your research before signing on the dotted line.

TPP will deny your claim if there is no sign of forced entry despite unlawful entry and/or unlawful possession. If you have a storage unit and the lock is picked or removed/cut/stolen. TPP will deny your claim and label it as a "mysterious disappearance".
