Everyone is kind and helpful
Friendly and professional staffs, nurses and doctors.
This practice took my kids on and helped tremendously when we had to unexpectedly switch insurance. I have been very happy with the doctors in the Oakland Office and the front desk are always so accommodating and getting my kids appointments.
Lady at the front desk is always so unfriendly and rude. At a scary time when your kid is sick and this is your first encounter, it’s a Very uneasy feeling. I called 6/2 early morning Oakland.
