This place is poorly managed. I sought them for treatment with a phobia and trauma after a previous therapist went to a different practice that didn’t accept my insurance. After signing all the documents, filling out an extensive in take form, I was told by Dr Coats that they would be connecting me with a therapist soon and will contact me. I was initially glad to get to be seen by someone here on limited insurance. But suddenly, they left the practice and I was never transferred to anyone. Essentially was emailed, “sorry someone was supposed to tell you, good luck”. This is “abandonment” and irresponsible for any therapist or practice group to do. Therapy is an intense and professional process and not being “closed out” properly is not just rude, it’s professionally irresponsible.
