I called Scott and asked about servicing my pool heater because a ignition fault was on the screen and the heater wouldn't fire. He said he was unavailable for the next three days as he had daycare issues and was going to be a stay at home dad on the fourth day as promised showed up with the part needed and I was up and running in a half hour-----differently A1 for service and would recommend highly
Really appreciate Tenacity HVAC. Our a/c unit was not working and they quickly and professionally got us up and running.
What I enjoyed the most was the process. Scott helped me not just by putting in a new heater but by making me aware . We discussed options on models , do I have enough gas coming in and more. No one took the time and helped me to find the right solution , just we can replace your heater! He wasn’t the lowest price but I would recommend their company all day. Thank you Scott
