We hire Scott and his team do the HVAC portion of all of our projects as a General Contractor. I hear nothing but excellent reviews and highest quality of work from all customers homes and projects they work on. They are extremely polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Tenacity HVAC will continue to be the first call I make when I am hiring an HVAC Contractor.
Very responsive. Scott answered all my questions. Not an easy job since the venting needed to be replaced for code compliance. The job was completed on time and per the quote.
Tenacity was great - came to diagnose a problem with our furnace after another HVAC company came and didn’t give us much to go on. Scott explained what he was looking for, what he thought the possible causes for our intermittent issues could be, and what we could do to keep an eye on it and help him diagnose the issue after he left. He then laid out the options for repair and replacement, and continued to communicate in a timely and helpful way. Tenacity will be doing all of our HVAC stuff going forward!
