Nice guy named Scott came and solved the issue in less than one hour, wasn’t cheap, but quick and professional. Also gave me good advices on maintenance and cleaning.
The company is very good , owner very very efficient and respectful . Even though I had a ridiculous concern, managed to help me over the phone on a long holiday weekend . That there alone tells me I can depend on them .. will acknowledge receipt of message and reply at a very respectable response time . Will definitely recommend this company to anyone that asks .

Tenacity installed the gas line/heater for our pool last year and started it up just recently. Their work is great and their technicians and staff are always responsive, polite, efficient and respectful of our space and always happy to answer questions and provide advice. I would highly recommend them.
