We couldn't work out why our A/C wasn't cooling our house effectively, however low we set the thermostat. Turns out when it was installed, the previous contractors had failed to connect the ductwork completely. Scott found the problem, and despite having to work in an impossibly cramped space reformed the ducts, replaced everything... and now our house is cool and our hydro bills are down. I highly recommend Tenacity - by far the best HVAC company I've used.

I called Scott and asked about servicing my pool heater because a ignition fault was on the screen and the heater wouldn't fire. He said he was unavailable for the next three days as he had daycare issues and was going to be a stay at home dad on the fourth day as promised showed up with the part needed and I was up and running in a half hour-----differently A1 for service and would recommend highly
