I received 6 different sessions with Heather and she was wonderful throughout them all. She throughly explains the process, what I am getting and exactly the areas that the sessions target. Heather gave me follow up details to ensure I follow to maintain my results and even checks up on me after the sessions to see how I'm feeling and doing. My experience with Heather is always amazing! As a personal trainer her nickname was drill sargeant lol. My body looked so amazing after she whipped me back into shape. I felt and looked fit and sexy. It doesn't get any better.
