We absolutely love living here and we’re so grateful for our building staff! Everyone is always super helpful and make us feel safe and cared for, especially Karon, Chris, Jaden! You can see why there are rarely any open apartments, this place is such a gem.
The building is lovely, but the absolute best part of it? Karon, has welcomed me for years with the biggest smile and always stays on top of everything and Emin, who is ready to help with anything and everything.
Karon and Chris and Jordan of the concierge team and Jamelle and Luis on Maintenance have been great throughout the seven years that we’ve lived here. Bob W.
I have lived at Ten23 for 2 years and numerous Equity Residential buildings over the years - what really sets Ten23 apart is the wonderful team here. Kind, respectful, and always friendly making this building a home and living here a pleasure. A special shout out to Karon and Chris who have gone out of the way to help with my visiting family accommodating special requests and assisting with bags from the car - above and beyond!
