I lived at 1020 Apartments for 2 years in the 1-bed floorplan. The location is amazing, only a 2-3 min walk to Quincy Park, which is very active. 5 min walk to the metro, 9 min walk to Ballston Quarter for food. The lobby is nice, hallways are alright, and the units are in excellent shape. And parking is cheap. This is an excellent option for the price. The managers are also very responsive! I even recommended this place to a friend, they moved in, and are very happy with it as well.
I like to location, management, and size. I wish there were washer and dryers in each unit. It's well priced as well.
I've really enjoyed my stay here! Great location and quality at an affordable price. The leasing agents are also always super responsive and accommodating.
