I would highly recommend this place to stay. The staff at the management is amazing! They are always very quick to respond, do not hesitate to help in any which way I need. The place is beautiful! And affordable, very close to the metro and right next to the library. Maintenance is also easy to call and come to your help quickly. Even for getting the security deposit, the account manager helped me by sending another cheque when I was not able to locate the 1st one. I lived at 1020 Apartments for 2 years in the 1-bed floorplan. The location is amazing, only a 2-3 min walk to Quincy Park, which is very active. 5 min walk to the metro, 9 min walk to Ballston Quarter for food. The lobby is nice, hallways are alright, and the units are in excellent shape. And parking is cheap. This is an excellent option for the price. The managers are also very responsive! I even recommended this place to a friend, they moved in, and are very happy with it as well.
I like to location, management, and size. I wish there were washer and dryers in each unit. It's well priced as well.
I've really enjoyed my stay here! Great location and quality at an affordable price. The leasing agents are also always super responsive and accommodating.
