I called early in the morning asking to acquire a unit for that evening. I spoke with the attendant. She was not going to be working that evening - however, she gave me her cell phone and when I came into town - I called her and she returned to the store to fill out the paperwork and make sure I had my unit. She did this after hours, on her own time and with a smile. I think this is outstanding service - the kind of service everyone would love to receive but seldom do.
