These people really dont care about their Tenants! When u bring up an issue they just wipe their ass with it. Im super tired of them not caring about fixing issues oh and they are BARELY EVER in office! Manager is super unprofessional isnt welcoming at all , how do yall even hire such people!? Smh! Yall need to do better get someone who cares and does the job right please!!

WARNING!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HOMES OF AMERICA!!!! They are slumlords, dishonest, a complete rip off!!!!! Refused to give us a copy of our lease then told us we didn’t have a lease! Bathroom floor was so rotten the tub was falling through. Massive electrical issues as well. We repaired ourselves with our own money. They refuse to give us our $2,500 deposit back!!!!!
The worst thing I ever did was move into this place. No communication or anyone working in office for over 2 months. No contact info for anyone else. Telling me I owe more than I Do. Multiple issues wrong in trailer since I moved in and haven't been fixed. I literally dropped my rent off for June in full and they returned it back to me saying I owed $1,100 dollars more than I do and they won't accept it. Then I never heard anything else for over a month and now they are saying my balance is 4k and it sure as hell is not. So ... read more
