disrespectful staff, awful customer service. i was moved to a different table twice in the middle of doing my gel manicure because the workers were switching off dealing with another customer, who was basically robbed of money and then denied her manicure after she paid for it up front. they even came up to me with the receipt to get me to believe they were in the right which was just bad manners. after this whole debacle, i ended up with an okay manicure. the gel started cracking a few days afterwards and my nails are the w... read more

Got Eyebrow waxing done .. did not even feel like it was done .. have to get it done somewhere else again. Nail colors was too costly should see how many days it will last till.

I got a nail fungus here because they don't put a protective barrier in the foot tubs. Legit had my toenail come off twice. They also don't take anything but cash for less than like ten bucks, which I don't believe is in any signage anywhere. They aren't even near an ATM, so you have to go to HEB to get money. They also don't always open on time, and how many times do you have to ask if I want a lip wax with me saying NO..to get that I will ASK for what I need? Staff of like 2 people too.

The man who did my toes was gentle and helpful, and he did an adequate, if abbreviated pedicure. Best part: the leg/ankle massage. The woman who did my hands was rushing me from the minute I got in the door. She was annoyed I needed the restroom, and she kept looking over her shoulder at the TV when doing my manicure, resulting in her stabbing me a couple of times with that hook they run under your nails. To start, polish & acrylic were all over my nail beds and SKIN when I left, the shape was very sloppy. I left with un even coats if polish as well. Not only that but I was cut twice on my feet and twice on my hands to the point I have an open wound from the guy sawing at my finger instead of my nail on accident. Theres little to no organization with in the salon and random boxes and paper are just everywhere. When told I NEEDED to get my brows done and it literally looks the same as when I walked in.
