Ten Oaks has been my home going on 21 years I would recommend it to anyone looking for a home or just a starting point
I have lived here since 2007. We own our trailer and take pride in our lot. Management seems to work hard to fix wrongs and try to keep park looking great.
Impossible to get ahold of management in a timely matter
They have poor business practices. They try to steal money from their Tennant's. They never clean up anything. The park looks like a slum.
Have sewage backing up in tubs called 7 to 8 times don't answer phones we can't use our water flooding everywhere plumers won't fix anything till the park fixes the problem can't even take a shower in our own home have to go to truck stop just to take showers can't wash clothes have to go to the laundromat at this point i want to scream so furious not even sure if there attempting to fix it cuz they don't call back very very unhappy to live in here
I'm interested in a lot there but its very hard to do business when nobody will answer the phone... actually I did speak with someone and was told I'd be hearing from him later that day, well nothing yet and still no answer, that was 3 days ago now, I'm out of town so I can't just drive there, some new management...
Very friendly manager:) you all complain about the rules yet you signed the lease?? That clearly state all rules even quiet time. Any trailer park you go to they have strict rules...
Horrible owners! Can not express enough just how bad they are! They smell terribly, Very unprofessional, Very disrespectful! Not a recommended park to take your trailer to, let alone buy into..
