Maintenance doesn’t do their job. Lots of inspections but like I said no repairs are done. Thin layer of paint on walls cracked counter they never repaired. Soot from fire the maintenance never cleaned. Charged me $3000 for damages that counter they was supposed to repair in 2021 they were supposed to clean carpet after I moved out and paint. Very nice renovation and well kept.
If safe living and non criminal activities is your cup of tea them this may be the place to be. The interior decoration is the bomb. Otherwise I can say more but it’s not enough space.
Now this is the second time the breaker in the fridge went out let's see how long it takes someone to came
