Very nice person in Office and very helpful The lobby is very beautiful decorated the view outside beautiful and clean
I live here and the community is nice but when you request for something they don’t do anything. I requested a transfer and it was approved on 2023, I’m still waiting for it but someone that just moved a year ago had her transfer already and they lied because they said that the tenant’s apartment has water coming down but it wasn’t true. I live here. The building units were all gutted and rebuilt new. new windows all new floors new full size appliances gas stove refrigerator dishwasher and air conditioning units in bedrooms and living room electric base board heat. Upscale living in a very urban environment close to transit hubs and entertainment district.
Maintenance doesn’t do their job. Lots of inspections but like I said no repairs are done. Thin layer of paint on walls cracked counter they never repaired. Soot from fire the maintenance never cleaned. Charged me $3000 for damages that counter they was supposed to repair in 2021 they were supposed to clean carpet after I moved out and paint. I left my place nice and clean. Anytime you put something on a wall and the gray paint comes off and all you see is white lets you know it was only one layer of paint. I was told I woul... read more
