I really love this place and I have not even moved in yet! The staff (especially Ms. Olivia) are amazingly courteous, professional and welcoming. The neighbors are polite also! The building smells soooooooo fresh and is clean and safe. I can't wait to move in and enjoy the amenities and residential community first hand! Thank you 10 Landing Lane!

lived here for 3 years + 1 month. Reviews have been edited /added yearly starting 2019. Initial post in 2019: I have been living here for the last 1 year and it is incredible . Valerie and Jose are there to solve any problems and they are extremely helpful. Generous parking space and apartments are cheaper than the next block. If you are working at SPUH it will be a walking 10 min distance. Rutgers bus stops just in front of colony house which is 2 min walking from here. This apartment is pet friendly. Contrary to Lacey Fuller's review, she bothered me one occasion where i asked her to please wear a mask. She flipped me off, accused me of harassing her, threatened to make physical contact, and called me multiple slurs. The staff were very helpful and when asked for the video I recorded, I provided it to Olivia and the staff who were very understanding and helpful. They made me feel at home when someone in the building made it feel like it was less than that. Thanks Olivia!
