I’m Gang Qiao, and I lived in 10 Landing Lane Apartment 2E, for four and a half years (January 2022–June 2026). Getting in is easy. Getting out is a nightmare. If you can’t predict the exact month in which you’ll move out when signing the yearly lease, you’re in trouble.
