arrived here with movers Saturday morning and can't get access to the apartment. been paying the movers for 2 hours now while we wait for a response from "emergency" maintenance. no phone number to call, no office, is anyone even running this building.
Great location, that’s all. Not worth the experience I’ve had with management though.
The building and location are are good, hence the 2 stars. It is not concrete build, so if you are sensitive to noise simply know that you will hear your neighbors above you walking.The management team has been far below par. The lack of communication, effective communication, has been shocking. I have heard very good things about the company and was excited to live at one of their buildings. I’m about to move out of The Scot after a year and this was the worst rental experience I’ve had in 10 years. I paid over 2K a month for a ‘new’ 1 bedroom that was advertised to have central air. My unit averaged over 80° all summer, including at night. Often well above 80°. The management company, Red Peak, never replied to emails and sluggishly to work orders I had opened all summer for the AC.
