This is the worst managed place I had ever lived in.
Update 2025: We just moved out after living here for 3 years. We had an amazing experience and wish we could have stayed longer but needed to move to a bigger place. Sarah (in the front desk) and Lamar and Hector (maintenance) are the absolute best! Always welcoming, helpful, and made us feel a part of this great community. Great place to live but having a poor experience upon moving out. The leasing office informed my wife and I that they would be keeping $600 dollars from our security deposit to repaint the entire unit upon move out. They are claiming this falls under damages, but they repaint regardless before new tenants move in and no walls were damaged more than average wear and tear. Nothing in the lease says anything about being charged to repaint the unit, so be sure to review this with the leasing office BEFORE signing anything. The l... read more
Being a month in I couldn't be more impressed with the staff and building. I'm originally from the NJ/NYC area and have high standard for what to look for in a great apartment. Here they are: 1) Staff -Everyone from Chelsie in Leasing to Lamar at Maintenance are amazingly responsive and courteous. Upon moving in, there were two small updates my unit needed like a new bedroom door and small faucet fix. Both of those were done quickly.
