Poor management, I brought an issue to management, was laughed at, sent home for 2 weeks and then terminated for being "combative", absolutely despicable company to work for!
I submitted an application and in return was emailed a race and veteran status questionnaire. (Which is illegal before extending an offer, although voluntary) It wasnt until after I provided them with my demographic I was turned down for the job, without ever interviewing. The E.E.O.C. calls that "Unfair Hiring Practices." Whoever is in charge of hiring...shouldn't be.
