This is an outstanding office! Went today for my first time and couldn’t be more impressed with the staff. I’ve been with Jenny Ryder for a few years and it was the best decision to follow her to Huntsville. Update... extremely disappointed they switched to a subscription plan. Most people can't afford $2000 a year plus's insurance co pays. My husband and I both were confident with the doctors/NP. It's upsetting to have to find a new practice.
Dr. Nall will forever be one of my favorite doctors I have ever met. He truly listens to your concerns and cares about his patients. I feel like it's hard these days to find Doctors that actually listen to you and talk stuff out, not once did I feel like he wasn't listening to my concerns. He's a blessing and anyone that's his patient is lucky to have him as their Doctor. Also I love love love his receptionist, she's the absolute sweetest!
Dr Nall was my favorite primary care of my life so far.
I have been a patient of Dr. John Nall for 10 years and I will be the first to commend him for his excellent care and compassion! His NP, Matthew, and his nurse are excellent! The best receptionist is Melissa, she is so caring, polite, professional and prompt EVERY SINGLE TIME you call or visit!! This team turned feeling bad into a wonderful visit to a true FAMILY practice!
