My boyfriend and I recently visited Tempur-Pedic and had such a great experience! We were trying out different beds and both Karin and Jen were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They made us feel welcomed, answered all of our questions, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without making us feel pressured. Their customer service truly stood out and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you both for all your help — we really appreciate it!
