Customer service experience was outstanding. Karin, the store manager, was low keyed, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and patient in answering our concerns and questions. She explained all options available allowing us to choose the best mattress to serve our needs... which we did! I would highly recommend you book an appointment either with Karin or her associate, Carlos, if you are interested in a Tempur-Pedic experience!
