Craig, the team lead at the Columbia flagship store, was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and considerate in helping me make the best decisions regarding my mattress and base choice. Craig also helped walk through steps for purchase and delivery, and even followed-up to make sure my delivery went successfully after my visit to the store. Would highly recommend this store & Tempur-Pedic more generally to others!

Steve was wonderful, excellent bed side manner. He took the time to go over any features and facts, show us all of the incredible smart features and gave us time to think about it and talk amongst ourselves. We know who we're calling when we've picked between the split or solid.
Great experience and Bryan was able to give all the information for the proper comfort. If you need to sleep comfortably call Bryan! Great customer service!
