I had a wonderful experience at the Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store. Bryan was incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I purchased a pillow top and tempur-pedic pillows, and they are amazingly comfortable—I’ve been sleeping better than ever! Highly recommend both the store and Bryan’s excellent customer service.
Craig, the team lead at the Columbia flagship store, was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and considerate in helping me make the best decisions regarding my mattress and base choice. Craig also helped walk through steps for purchase and delivery, and even followed-up to make sure my delivery went successfully after my visit to the store. Would highly recommend this store & Tempur-Pedic more generally to others!
