I have been wanting to buy a Tempu-Pedic pillow for quite a while now. Yesterday I went to the mall in West Palm Beach, and I saw the store. I immediately went inside and was greeted by a very nice lady (Marilyn); she was very knowledgeable on the products she sells, and without hesitation or bothered allowed me to try out a few pillows. Went to the store on Friday, placed the order. Payed cash and guess what? Typical sales people! They told me I’d get the mattress this week and now they are saying another 2 weeks! Horrible customer service when I called in too. Don’t care if the product is good or not, the service killed it for me. Will NOT buy this based on the bad experience we’ve had. Now I have to scramble to find a mattress for the wife and I to sleep on.
The Tempur-pedic store in the palm beach gardens is incredible. the staff is very professional and extremely efficient, especially the sales rep Todd. He took his time with me and my girlfriend to ensure that we were purchasing the best mattress for us. I will be back there to conduct future business.
I have always wanted a Temper-Pedic mattress and decided to do some research. When I stopped by the store, I was greeted by a gentleman named Todd. He impressed me from start to purchase. His knowledge of the product was so informative and thorough, that I have already shared that positive experience with many of my family members and friends. Do yourselves a favor and go see Todd at the Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store in the Gardens Mall.
It was great working with Marilyn at the Palm Beach Gardens store. She gave me the information I needed to make my decision. We have purchased at least 4 sets. of Tempurpedic in the past. This time we simply needed to replace two mattresses. Marilyn helped me choose Med hybrid Probreeze 2.0 twin long for me and ProAdapt 2.0 Proadapt med. hybrid twin long for my husband.
