Will was very patient and showed us everything we needed. We found the bed we wanted. Highly recommend
Fantastic store with outstanding customer service. The employees went above and beyond for us. We are pleased.
I flew into town and realized I forgot my tempurpedic neck pillow. Having a cervical spine issue (neck issues), this unfortunate circumstance led to a couple of awful nights sleep. Thankfully, there is a tempurpedic flagstore in Charlotte! The ladies were incredibly knowledgeable & helpful! They saved my neck — literally. I needed a good night’s sleep before an important meeting. Thanks to them, I got it!
We have best ever experience with sales guy name WILL. Very professional and educated man . God bless him !!!!!
We had amazing experience with Will. He was very informative and we left with no questions needing to be answered. His professionalism and knowledge of product is unmatched and we look forward to doing more business in the future
