William was a fantastic representative of the Tempur-Pedic brand. When in the market for a mattress, he is the guy to go to.
My sales rep’s name was Breonna. She was great. I received info earlier in the day that the South Park, Charlotte NC location had what I needed. I called them to ensure they (1) were open and (2) had the sheets set that I needed. Breonna answered the phone and was pleasant and super helpful. I arrived to the store and she escorted me to the sheets and explained the types/options. She was professional and very knowledgeable.
William was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions for pillows based on our individual needs.
