This company installed my furnace several years ago. They did a good job at that time. My air conditioning unit stoped working a few days ago so I called them to come out and fix it. They sent someone out , when he got there he tried to walk across a freshly seeded area of bare ground instead of walking around it. He asked me for a hose to clean out the unit, it had a plastic sprinkler on it and he just yanked off, breaking it. Then charged me $ 333.50 and fixed nothing.
