Been with this company about 8 months and there great people ...lol I wish I could drive around given water instead of signing in heat lol
TempsPlus is an amazing agency to work for, not only for the Real Estate Hosts but for everyone who works in the office as well. The schedulers are fast, efficient and genuinely care about their customers and clients. The schedulers are friendly and you can really tell how much they love and care for thier job, clients, and employees.
Definitely know that any GOOD reviews are from staff. This organization is terrible from the top down. Ridiculous pay scale. Poor to terrible environment in which to work. Unprofessional "professional sales people" at the model homes. This company is NOT a paid-training situation. No one ever gets hired, unless they speak some other language (such as Mandarin) which is in demand for current homebuyers.
