I called Sergei at 4:30 pm and he was at my house in two hours on a hot July day. I had called others, but they weren’t available same day. Sergei made the time, so when my 17 year old unit had a coil leak, I gave him the opportunity to replace it. He had great insight on which brand to choose and why and he was flexible with my schedule. This business is awesome because Sergei is awesome.
