My Shawana I think she is the best manager we have she cares so much about us. There is a group of us resident who are praying for you beautiful, you have done so much good for us since you came. You listen to us You are respectful you don’t sit in your office all day you come out to market and say hi to everyone. You pick up trash when you walk the apartments. Mr Ovation please let us keep this one. We don’t ask for much but we all love her.

I’ve been a resident before building was ever even thought of and now that building four is here. Every other building seems to be a step child. The maintenance takes forever to come and do anything. They don’t return phone calls. They write things on sticky notes I could go on and on don’t move in here cause they’re giving the allure of Building four but building three used to be the building that shined.
