I’ve been a resident before building was ever even thought of and now that building four is here. Every other building seems to be a step child. The maintenance takes forever to come and do anything. They don’t return phone calls. They write things on sticky notes I could go on and on don’t move in here cause they’re giving the allure of Building four but building three used to be the building that shined. I just wanted to say how efficient you maintenance worker is by the name of Raul, here at Tempo apartments. He works fast, neat and clean. He gets the job done, without having to repeat his work. Kudos to Raul
Patrice and her staff they are the best in the world. Reason being whenever I have a request it's always completed. And I would like to stay here for life. TO BE CONTINUED
This is supposedly a 55+ apartment community but there are young adults and minors living here! Nobody seems to care!!
Poor management and maintenance. Street traffic thru the buildings all night. Pets not on leash. Owners not picking up after their pets. Pets using elevators and premises as a toilet. Numerous apartments having air conditioner leaking problems. This is ghetto.
