She closed down the library, the outdoor sitting area, the dining room - all the amenities we pay 100 $ / month for and now she is asking for people to identify if they have COVID - 19 against all known privacy regulations. They have no regular maintenance staff and the manager Jessica C Is ALWAYS rude on the phone or in person.
