Well when we checked in we were informed that it was valet parking only for $30 per day, ok no biggie. We went up to our room and it looked like someone had sex in it right before we walked in, it was dirty. My husband's was pretty ticked off about this. We went back down to get another room ans Ashley was working Saturday July 18 front desk, and she was really rude. She told us to get back in line so she could take care of other guest. Be careful with using they valet services. The vehicle door was left unlocked and the personal attendant took the keys home with them.
This is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Our room and a friends room were both barged in on by staff (I assume). Loud aggressive banging. We opened door. Two men walked in without any announcement. One wering some type of monitoring device. Stood in room for a bit and left. Again, without any comment whatsoever. No idea what this was about. Only a one night stay while on a roadtrip but couldn’t have been happier to have chosen them. Beautiful, modern, clean and so well appointed in decor.
