The hotel is cool …however there breakfast sucks and the valet service is a joke…I parked my car with them for about 6 hrs and came to get my car in am and the valet hit my passenger side of my car and I didn’t see it until I went to work .however guess what they don’t wanna take the blame because me as a driver as they said supposed to walk to the passenger side to make sure that even though I paid for a service they didn’t mess my car up…long story short no one wants to take responsibility…the hotel or valet company hotel ... read more
I have to say , the hotel is attractive and clean but the amenities are limited and nothing is included considering the room costs . No free coffee (.$5 a cup ) no free parking ($30 a day plus tip) and no pool. As a rewards member I’m not seeing the rewards here . Sorry but for my money I would like more than just a room.
Of all the Hiltons I have ever stayed at, and there have been many this one is my least favorite. I am a Hiltons Honor member and with that comes certain perks such as free water bottles, sometimes a small snack item and late check out. Nope not here! You get what you get. Rooms are clean and new, however you can't adjust the air temperature in the room I was in and it is running all night long plus it is extremely loud.
