Just wanted to shoutout to Claire Thrasher. Had an issue with my booking and she went above and beyond to resolve the situation. One of the things that I've always appreciated about the Hilton brand is the values they bring to the customer. Claire was exceptional and professional. Can't wait to stay here multiple times in thr future!

Great place to stop for the night. We got a great last minute rate as we were passing through on our way home from Florida. Very clean and nice rooms with friendly staff. Very accommodating.

This is a great location for NULU or a bourbon weekend. Great location. Awesome staff. Rooms super clean.

Stayed 2 nights midweek at the end of July. The very good - the hotel has a cool modern vibe, 2 eating areas (including a rooftop restaurant/ bar), nice lobby, parking garage and water filling stations throughout. Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. A/c worked well, nice desk area. The food staff including Christine and Bentley were great, attentive and inviting. We arrived early as we were attending a Louisville Bats baseball game nearby. Despite it being well before check-in, Hilton staff permitted us to utilize the connected parking garage and walk to the game only a few blocks away. Upon arriving back at the hotel, the room was ready and we checked in. I note that the garage is a pay facility (24 hour in/out privileges at $34/day), but the convenience alone was worth it.
