Randy Newkirk at Tempo Cooling/Heating is very through and did an excellent job of explaining the system and how it works! He is very professional, and I would recommend him and Tempo Air for any of you Heating and Cooling needs.
The young man that came out today did a great job. He checked everything. He even used a thermometer to make sure the heat was coming out of the vent. Changed the filter all is good. We have used tempo since we bought our home in 2008. I highly recommend them. Lorri Jordan
We called 18 hours ago for emergency in order to get our AC unit checked out since our AC unit was not running. Yesterday the dispatcher told us a technician will come to check the unit but no call, no show. Today we called back again and left a message to call us back but it has been more than two hours without a call back but the company phone system says someone will call in 15 minutes. Disappointing.
