Installed new boilee The owner who was on the job oversized the boiler by approximately double in size. The boiler short cycles and my gas bills are very high. The owner installed a 215k btu boiler because (and these are his words) "that's what was it the house." I have had 3 companies estimate the boiler size for this house and the results were between 95k btu and 110k btu.
