Please don't move here or any Detroit shoreway property management places They really Hate People of color the rental team is Spanish and uses nepotism this means they try to get Spanish people in to these places by any means necessary the rental team can not rent from Detroit shoreway property they have some of the best amenities in the city and Hate when you are a person of color that can't be bought for a dollar this place is dangerous to people of color and accepts Eden voucher .

Do not move here. It has changed management companies over 4 times and We have lived here for 3 years. The air conditioning/ heating and cooling have stopped working every year and they only patch the problem. Right now we only intermittently have hot water the tank is not vented properly but they won’t fix the real problem. during maintenance on the sprinkler system upstairs someone failed to turn the water off and black water poured into our apartment, maintenance only vacuumed it up and left black residue everywhere. Don’t ever think to move there. The worst property management; you cannot ever reach out them, they never return your calls even it is an emergency maintenance problem. The rent payment “system” is from prehistoric era; only one bank location that works 9-4 and you have to take the management sent paper(they arrive better 1st-3rd of the month and expected to be paid immediately), otherwise they cannot take the payment. Lived here for 2 years, building has changed owners twice. Unresponsive management for leak in ceiling and leaky pipe in apartment. Building was inspected by the city of Cleveland and found to have lead dust at hazardous levels. Multiple other violations of building and housing ordinances.
