I took a beginner’s class here. The instructor was so friendly, inviting and fun. He also gave extra attention to me as a new student to help me coordinate the moves. This is a challenging workout and it’ll make your legs shake!!! Keep up with this and no doubt you’ll be in top notch shape. I’d like to try this again next time I’m up in Santa Fe.
