BEWARE! Since April 2025, the new management is quickly turning this formerly quiet and peaceful apartment complex into a ghetto. In the month of April alone, we have witnessed a fist fight in the parking lot in front of our apartment with apparent drug dealing by apartment residents, and possible signs of human trafficking. TLDR: DO NOT RENT. STAY SWAY. ANIMALS HAVE LEGIT INVADED THIS COMPLEX. BEEN HOLDIN THIS IN FOR MONTHS BUT I CANT NO MORE. ANIMALS LITERALLY RUN THESE APARTMENTS. THERE IS A RACOON INFESTATION WHICH MADE 50% OF THE 2ND FLOOR PEOPLE MOVED OUT BECAUSE OF IT. ALL THE LANDLORD DOES IS SET UP TRAPS AS HE STATES HE HAS NO ACCESS TO THE ATTIC? WHAT?
