Had dinner on the patio last night. Chicken caprese was delicious! Compliments to the chef. Our waitress Cathy was superb. Service was fast and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

Terrible! Service and food were awful. Waiters were very unprofessional/poorly trained for that caliper of restaurant. Wait between drinks and courses was far too long. Meals were under & overcooked. Overall one of the worst dining experiences in years. Management better get things together or it won't last long in a great food city like Buffalo.
Worst service I've ever had...twice. Had to walk out after 45 mins of 3 servers taking our drink orders and never actually receiving a drink. Gorgeous view, but over priced for plastic cups and awful service
I had friends in from out of town and was so excited to take them to Canalside and go to this restaurant to eat outside. We had reservations for a party of 8 and when we got there we were told that they do not seat parties of 8 outside because of the tables. Therefore we could not eat off of the deck menu which was another reason why we wanted to be outside. They never even tried to look to see if they could accommodate us. Just had our wedding reception at Tempelton Landing. From the start of the process to the day itself, the staff was incredible! The food was amazing! Highly recommend! Thank you to the staff at Tempelton Landing for making our night perfect!
Was there this wknd. Great location, service was slow but friendly. Drinks were over priced. And the food was awful! No flavor at all in either of our entrees. Everything was bland and most was over cooked. Even the rice pilaf was bad. With other places in that area to eat and grab a drink we won't be back here.
I had my future daughter in law's bridal shower here. I was extremely impressed with how helpful and accomodating everyone was. The food was delicious, the staff couteous and attentive. The venue was clean, and the view of the lake was phenomenal! I highly recommend Templeton Landing.
