Call this business because I had an issue with my Templeton microwave And the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She told me they don’t sell microwaves and my microwave wasn’t her problem then hung up on me. I called back and the same person told me they didn’t sell me it and it’s not their problem so I hung up. Their employee then called me back to yell at me more about how they aren’t rude and complain about how people call them all day long complaining about broken microwaves. Glen and his guys have done a good job of taking care of my needs. From service to installing a new HVAC system.
I only call because I need an appliance. They bring it, install it, and leave. Pretty straight forward.
Dropped the ball for my mom and dad..said they would order a stool and "forgot" called a month later..said they were behind and told me to call someone else after all that!
